    We have a short term rental in Manzanita that is managed by Manzanita Beach Getaway Vacation Rentals. When we started with a professional management company a couple years ago, it was very important to us to select a locally owned and operated company. ***** is absolutely the best !! We made a great selection. Communication is very timely. Their entire crew . All crew members are great. We have absolutely no complaints. Most importantly the maintenance and the cleaning is so good that it helps keep our house in great condition. You cannot go wrong selecting ***** to manage a home or to rent from.

    We have had our beach rental house with Manzanita Beach rentals since 2021, after trying a couple other ones prior. They are so very good about everything, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are always friendly, helpful, willing to try to Solve any problems, and our renters are always telling us how good they are. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

    Our experience with Manzanita Beach Getaway has been excellent. They provide excellent service to both renters and homeowners. Whenever a problem or issue has arisen it has been addressed quickly, professionally and fairly. I highly recommend MBG.

    We have a property in Manzanita that *** has been managing for several years, and I could not be more happy. ******** and her crew has kept the house in tip top shape through all the wear and tear of the weather and salty air. Communication is outstanding. The reviews on our rental usually comment on how excellent the service was from ***. If we ever purchase another property in Manzanita, there is NO DOUBT that we will be calling ******** and MGB.
