    I purchased foot soaks on 2/8/2024. I had thought I was buying 20 bags of 20 sachets for $300. They sent me only one bag of 20 sachets. When I called to inquire, I was told that $300 for one bag was the price set by the whole sale company (Botanical Biohacking - they charge $275 for 20 bags of 20 sachets) to retail customers, but this is not true because I am also a customer of Botanical Biohacking, and they do not dictate how much to sell the products at. We decided to return the product for a refund. They sent me the return **** label with track number (**********************). I returned, and the package was delivered to their location on 2/20/2024. I have yet to see receive the refund.

    ************ purchased a single bag of Tibetan Foot soaks (containing 20 sachets, individual teabags) from our website. Attached is a screenshot of the item listing from our website. He is confused by the fact that we are a retailer to the general public for a product which he has in the past apparently purchased at wholesale from the manufacturer (botanical biohacking). BB specifies on their wholesale site that MSRP is $15 per teabag ($15 * 20 teabags = $300 retail price, screenshot attached) and we list the product for retail purchase on our website according to their policies. 

    When ************ received his order he called and spoke in a rude manner to a member of our staff who clearly explained the discrepancy to him. According to our website policy, all online retail sales are final (shipping & refunds policy: ***************************************************************************) but we agreed to make an exception to this rule for ************ as a courtesy and accepted his return minus a 30% restocking fee, consistent with our policy. Upon receipt of his return we issued a refund via paypal on February 26, 2024 (pdf attached).

    ************ appears to still be confused by the difference between wholesale and retail sales, and has not checked his Paypal balance to see that the refund has been processed.
