    Good morning. I reached out to the company with the contact information provided in the last BBB message relayed to me. I heard back from *********************, giving me options for resolution. I responded with my preferred option and have not since heard back from him since.  I have not heard back from them since.

    Our teams role is to take care of our customers and with confidence i can say they are amazing. Can a company get it right all of time?

    Good Morning - Unfortunately we are out of the Gun Metal color that ***** currently has and so I have reached out offering to send her a new hose but in a different color.  As soon as we hear back my staff will get her replacement hose sent out.  Thank you.
