Poor workmanship . Your company installs cardboard that they call insulation baffles. These baffles are warped allowing unconditioned air to blow over the insulation instead of forcing air up to the ridge vent. For three years since we have been in the house the closets have been hotter then normal in the summer, condensation,,and grows mold. In the winter time they have been colder then normal. We have told the guys that are supposed to be working with us but one of them tells us that its BS. We want the baffles replaced with something better than cardboard.

these homes are cheap and they don't care we have a lot of issues and may have inspector look at our house, these homes are not to code i don't know how they can sell them. a lawsuit may be filled in future. i would not give any one. one of these homes you would be better off living in a cardboard box.we have everything from electrical issues to cracking walls, doors not working properly, sub floors popping up, counter tops peeling off, you name it we have it. this company needs to be shut down out of business, and court ordered to fix everyone's issues or by them a new home from another company, we have only lived in it two years and have tried since we moved in to have then fix the issues, with no response, even out property managers have tried..
