      I have talked to this office in October and it was established that this payment was actually double paid and I should be reimbursed. I have checked in with them almost weekly and have been lied to about this check being sent to me. I still have yet to receive the reimbursement

      Good afternoon,
      We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your refund check. The initial check #**** was mailed 11/20, however the patient stated they did not receive it. Once verified that the check had not cleared the account, I mailed out a new check, #****, and it cleared the account 12/26/24.  Please see the attachment.  Please let me know if there is anything further I can do to remedy this situation.  
      It appears the address for our location listed in this complaint is not correct, which could be why we havent received a copy of this until today.
