      I lived at Magnolia 36 for a year (2021-2022). The property was always immaculately maintained, any maintenance issues I had were quickly addressed, and any responses to questions I had were immediately answered. Not to mention the property itself was in a nice quiet secluded neighborhood. I only moved because I was moving out of state, and if I was ever to move back to ****** I would put myself on the waiting list at Magnolia 36 or any other property maintained by Lapray.
