      This company does not fullfill the services that customers pay for. This company "forgets" to pick up trash/recycling on a regular basis. I will have to call this company, sit on hold for over 20 minutes and be told that I need to pay a $28 fee to pick it up. I'm not going to pay that so, I'll have to go 2 weeks. During this time, I'm having to pay for the services regardless. This company is the only service is my entire county. Additionally, this company forces its customers to leave the trash bins on the sidewalk and not off the curb. This blocks the sidewalk and makes it impossible for persons with disabilities to maneuver through the gauntlet of trash bins. Pretty sure that's against the law.
