      Not sure who this actually is because their driver gave ****** ************ a false business name on the police report, necessitating a search for our car which turned out to be at "Gales Towing". Not only did we NEVER give ** or whatever permission to tow our car (OSP called for the tow but we didn't sign anything or give permission) the vehicle, a **** Kia ******* which had sustained minimal damage and took minimal time to extract from a ditch, was taken less than 5 miles away to the ** lot and once we and OSP finally tracked them down, they told us it would cost us $1,200.00 to retrieve our car in addition to $80.00 a DAY for "storage". In addition to lying to us and the police about their actual business name, where they were located and the ensuing predatory price gouging, they are also now ILLEGALLY refusing to return ALL of our personal property, claiming they have the right to keep anything off value even though the items are PERSONAL. Something needs to be done to shut down their ability to extort outrageous sums of money from people unfortunate enough to deal with this company, whoever they actually are. I'm hoping BBB can help assist with justice for us and to help sound the alarm for anyone else in the future who advertantly or inadvertently uses their services.
