I will say that I will never go back to that place. The two receptionist/nurses when I came into the office, were in a conversation with each other. Once they saw me come in they just turned to me and just looked at me like yeah, what are you here for. So I said Im first time patient here to have some ********************************************* testing. So she goes and get some paperwork and literallytosses it at me at the front counter. On it it read in one area it read it could cost me from $30 to up to $800. So I stopped and I asked can you tell me a little bit about this part. And also can you tell me what this might be costing me for todays visit minus my insurance of course. Their response back was well we dont have that information, youll need to ask the ********* the one nurse after she does a few things, calls my name out at the end of the hallway, really loud, and rude. I then get up and I start walking down this long hallway, wondering where she called my name from. I then saw her and she put me in this room. Without introducing herself or anything else she just says why are you here? How much do you weigh? what is your height and what are your symptoms? I shouldve just walked out then. But I had waited forever to get in. I met with the doctor, and mentioned how rude her nurses were, and she basically changed the subject..After I redressed I walked out to the front and HAD to ask, do I need to pay my co-pay here and rudely, they both look at me and say a ***** NO!!! Oh and one last thing- the doctor looked in my nostrils and then looked in my ears with the same end piece- WTH This was in ****************** P.S. The billing department was very professional, they were in ******* office

I am very concerned with the ethics of care that are provided here. ************* dismissed me as he insulted my provider saying she's 'just' an FNP and she wouldn't know what an allergic reaction is, because she never received training on it. ********, she is aware of the situation and her and the team will no longer refer there. I was never told my insurance wasn't accepted here also and that the visit could cost upwards of ***** dollars. To be dismissed by an egotistical provider so quickly and to say I am not allergic to medications when I have clearly had many reactions. I am astonished at how poorly I was treated here, and they can't even give me a ballpark of what this 'visit' will cost. I will not pay the $500. He saw me for maybe 10 minutes and looked in my ears and nose and listened to my heart and said my reaction is foliculitis. What a 'specialty' place then they can't provide proper bedside manners and give their patients the time of day. I am concerned about the lack of care I received, and the lack of care from potential others.
