    My husband was cut off of his pain meds supposedly because of a bad UA, which was an old test *********************** really gave him no reason. Sent him on his way and cut his meds back so his withdrawals would be minimal. I saw what he went through! He was under pain medication for 3 back surgeries. He'd been going there for 8 years they don't treat their patients very nice they only care about the money.

    I totally agree with *****, the office is very Unprofessional and the Doctors and Medical Assistants need to go back to school as they give the other Pain Specialists a bad name. This practice is why our insurance rates are so high and ******** is running out. I was dismissed from a UA 6 months after the test with no warning or follow up just cut off. Please see another office.

    They cut people off medications without notice or reason, they didn't like your hair no pain management. It's inhumane and down right disgusting. I showed up at 8:45 for my 9:00 APPT! Which I can prove, told I was late and would not be seen.
