    Took my car in to get power steering pump changed. When I pick it up its making a terrible noise! ************************* says I need to go buy steering fluid! He should have done that as part of the job! He rummaged thru my car taking things out if my console! He never even bolted my car back together!! 5 days later its still not fixed properly! The fluid hose isnt hooked back up! I cant do it myself!! Its spraying steering fluid all over everything and now it doesn't want to stay running! Im sure due to fluid on everything! I paid ***************** $443.00?? *** called 5 times and he hung up on me and now wont even answer his phone! My car sits in the driveway not working!! I want my money back! He didn't complete the work and now Ive got to figure out what to do???? I filed a report a couple days ago with BBB, please help me if you can. Im a 61 year old woman and ***************** is trying to take advantage of me.????

    I acknowledge the hose clamp not being properly put back in place, my mistake. I told the customer I would be happy to secure it if she came back to the shop, she never did. As for the reservoir not being secure..... I did an initial check under the hood with the customer present and pointed out that specific reservoir as well as the engine coolant reservoir which had no bolts securing it in place either. At that same time with the customer present I pointed out the severe breakage of the pump pulley and the stripped bolts holding the pump in place. I asked her if someone else had attempted to replace the pump because all the factors I've mentioned, her reply was " I don't know, I just got this pile of sH@#"  I offered to replace the pulley at no charge after seeing how upset she was getting and the cursing when she explained her life situation but her brother in law insisted on paying for it himself when he paid the entire bill upon completion as as a charitable act or sympathy for his sister in law

    I am rejecting this response because: **** at Legends Kustoms is lieing. I never said I just got my car. We've had it for a year. I never called it a piece of crap! I never cussed at the man. Yes he showed me the broken pulley and I told him YES replace it. What mechanic in his right mind would tell me (the customer) to go buy steering fluid and put in in myself after just replacing the steering pump?! **** never told me to come back to his shop to fix the hose on properly! He flat out hung up the phone on me! Refused to answer my calls along with my brother in laws calls to him. I was referred by my brother in law to go to Mikes shop. As far as my brother in law paying the bill...What does that have to do with anything? I borrowed the money from him until my payday came. Has nothing to do with Mechanic ****'s shoddy job on my car. Which by the way is still sitting in my driveway not working!  I dont have the right tools to fix it myself.
