I paid for an intake with this business. They spent the entire time combining about their neighbor, on the phone with people to combine about their neighbor. Then they went and researched the coparent and pretend to be a PI for another 15 or 20 minutes. I had already had the information they were pulling up and that was not the service I'd paid for. ****** ***** was behaving erratically and was not in a calm state for the duration of my time in her office. Her attitude and poor mental health status were distressing as a client. I truly believe there should he some kind of review to see if she is fit to provide these services. At the very least she should be providing a refund since she rescheduled the meeting after wasting my time, admitting that it was on her the meeting could not proceed. I then cancelled the follow up visit because she was so unprofessional the first time and appeared mentally disturbed.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/01/2022

I paid for an intake with this business.
For accuracys sake, this is the second time this person has tried, unsuccessfully, to make it through the Intake Interview process. Her first Intake Interview was terminated due to her emotional dysregulation and the same issue recurred in her second Intake Interview

They spent the entire time combining about their neighbor, on the phone with people to combine about their neighbor.
    This is a deceptive statement.
There was very loud music emanating from the downstairs neighbor. I initiated a call with the answering service of the building owner at 8:51 AM to address the issue. The call was terminated at 9:03 AM. Screenshot provided.

Then they went and researched the coparent and pretend to be a PI for another 15 or 20 minutes.
She did not bring the required paperwork with her. Entering the office with nothing but her purse, a book, and a container of water. Screenshot provided.

I waited for her to find her paperwork on her phone and send it to me.
The timestamp of delivery was 9:23 AM.* The first twenty-three minutes of her appointment, I had to wait for her to provide the required paperwork. Screenshot provided.

While I waited, I searched for a way to contact the other parent since she is not allowed to contact him herself and said she did not have his contact information.

I had already had the information they were pulling up and that was not the service I'd paid for.
As I stated, I was looking for a way to contact the other parent as I waited for her to provide the required paperwork.

****** ***** was behaving erratically and was not in a calm state for the duration of my time in her office.
    This statement is false.

Her attitude and poor mental health status were distressing as a client.
This person does not have the necessary education or qualification to determine my mental health status.

I truly believe there should he some kind of review to see if she is fit to provide these services.
    No response necessary.

At the very least she should be providing a refund since she rescheduled the meeting after wasting my time, admitting that it was on her the meeting could not proceed.
I rescheduled the Intake Interview at this persons request.

I then cancelled the follow up visit because she was so unprofessional the first time and appeared mentally disturbed.
Thirty minutes prior to the appointment, this person sent a text cancelling her appointment. Her initial excuse for cancelling the appointment that was rescheduled, at her request, is that she was feeling under the weather. She then adds that shes really not into being treated poorly when Im sick. She did not disclose illness at any time, putting myself and my other clients at risk by her irresponsibility. Screenshot provided.

This person made an appointment. This person ended the meeting prematurely. I rescheduled her appointment at her request. She cancelled the appointment with only thirty minutes notice. I do not provide refunds for clients in situations such as this.
