      I am not liable for this debit with Auto Sales and Services. I do not have a contract with General Credit Services. They have failed to provide me with an original contact as requested.

      I believe you have filed your complaint against the incorrect agency.  We do not have an account for you in our system, nor do we have Auto Sales and Service as a client.  There are several agencies with similar names to General Credit Services.  We are General Credit SERVICE (not plural) located in ******.

      This business Website and pay portal does not actively show a presentation of the debt owed for a debt collection company. General Credit Service, *** misrepresents how much is owed to them and make it impossible to pay the correct amount when trying to become debt free from their company. In October of **************************************************************************************************************************************************** debt. I went to their online website which they encourage and paid my account in full zeroing out the balanced represented on their website. I now believed I was debt free from them and they would quit harassing me and charging me additional fees. At this point my original medical bill had been doubled. Having cancer three times in my life I was familiar with online web portals and medical bill management. On November 30th, I got a call while working. It was from a number I did not have in my phone or recognize. The person refused to identify themselves or the company they were with and insisted I give them my date of birth and ask for no other information. I told them I was uncomfortable and that I would not do so. The call ended.With out sending me any additional paperwork or attempting any other form of contact filed more court fees against me Dec 1st. I now found out today their interest they charge does no reflect on their website or additional fees they may add. I have now paid off my original medical debt and prior fees. They claim I owe $92 in interest now and filed another $68.81 in Court fees against me for a total of an additional $160.81 to pay off my NEW debt with them. Even now on their website it shows I have paid off my original debt. That some how I still owe them $68.81 and when I called they claimed I owe $160.81 which is reflected no where. Please help as they are being dishonest, using bullying tactics and mispresenting information on their points of contacts.

      We received a letter from them stating we owe $8887.56 to Asante and avista utilities...We have payment arrangements with ****** and we don't have Avista and haven't had Avista I'm more than 5 years and it was paid off when we closed the account... as far as ****** goes we only one around $1000 and we have payment arrangements for that...So either they are trying to scam us out of money or they sent us a bill for someone else.
