    My Mach V has problems I called and over the phone **** helped me to understand the problem to fix and replace SSD Drive. The person was patient and this is still running. 2025 I am updating this one with a TALON. **************** with this company is Stellar.They have helped me 2 times before with very little wait time. The newest computers are getting more complex which means more challenges I will trust they can put together my next computer with same Zero issues that can be traced back to their workmanship.

    Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and theyre not going to let you buy parts thatll end up bottlenecking your computer if you dont know any better. High quality parts, every computer Ive gotten from this company had the ****** founder edition cards it doesnt vary like other computer companies . I had the tiki and fragbox.

    I recommend Falcon Northwest without hesitation. Their Tech Support itself is worth the upfront price of their computers. For additional details, read on. I mistakenly deleted some "system files". This action resulted in a complete erasure of all my data! I immediately called Tech Support. ***************** patiently walked me through a "System Recovery" process by which most of my data. I say "most" because the "System Recovery" is not necessarily the current date. Nevertheless, the ****** learned is "Do Not Delete System Files"! LOL.

    Been wanting a computer from this company for years since early ****s, finally got a laptop from them. Still have no issues whatsoever with them. Have had many computers and had my own built by my father and after owning one of these I will never go with another company. The only issue i had was with the custom paint job that we paid extra for started chipping after about a week so I probably would avoid custom paint. Other than that like most other company laptops that come with various stupid programs "fluff" this one had minimum and only one program that was their own. Would do business again!
