      Account hacked twice,two new replacement cards and received card at bank,on a Friday and saturday,I was told the card was active ( both times it wasnt) went without food both times and the second time I ask them to activate the card from the bank,same COWPIE card was NOT ACTIVATED. Didn't know until I was at the lunch counter and my card didn't work. Went to the bank 2nd time tell swore the system showed active,go try it again. Went thru drive thru card wasn't active, lies , she giggled and gave me a number to call to activate,are these people stupid or just don't want you to take your money out,for the 6 hours @ $22.50 an hour I belive I'm taking them to small clains court,some one needs to wake up at *********** ******..

      Actually quoted to me "Just because you don't see it in your account doesn't mean it is not there" I reported a fraud, I got a new atm card. This is the 3 time I have reported something with proof but was told to bad you have to take the loss. I feel like it's because I have brown skin and disabled that I can get a gaslight standard instead of dealing with the fraud. I am supposed to be a member instead don't trust your eyes trust us. Terrible credit union if you are a member of color
