If you are looking for a compassionate company that cares and respects your loved ones property, look somewhere else! This company is unprofessional and disorganized. I signed a contract for a date to have the estate sale. However, a few days away the owner, ***************************, of the company told me the date for the sale was not the date in the contract. I reminded him of the date in the contract and he said I was correct and set the date for sale that was in the contract. I was told that the ring cameras I had placed in the garage and living room (to watch over my mother's empty home I live out of town) had to be off during the sale, no problem. After the sale ended the cameras were not turned back on. I sent a friend that lives locally to the home to turn the cameras on and they were nowhere to be found. After searching one camera was located. The owner told me he have his employee go find the other camera, this never happened. The camera was never located and the owner refused to reimburse me for the missing camera. The check for the proceeds was mailed to me and it was written to the wrong person. The owner refused to send me a new check until he received the check with the wrong name first. Even though this was his mistake, I had to wait for the money for my mom's belongings. The key to my mother's home was never returned to me. A window blind was knocked down during the sale and left on the living room floor. When the owner was questioned about this he stated a customer accidently knocked the blind down. However, it was just left laying on the floor. Now the front window blind was down and anyone could look inside to see my mother's empty home. I had to fix the blind myself when I was back in town 2 weeks later. Lack of care. The employee turned the air conditioner down low and left it that way. I had it turned up high since the home is empty. I didn't notice this until 2 weeks later so I'm cooling an empty home. The owner has no respect property
