      On July 21, 2024 we had water damage. We called ServePro talked to *** one of the owners. *** said he would send a crew out the next day, Monday (7/22/24). The water damage was in our laundry room, the water came in our living room and some of the hallway. The crew arrived 7/22/24 and demoed. They cut insulation under the house, took laundry room flooring out, they took laundry room countertop and cabinet with sink out, took washer and dryer out, they cut drywall from floor up 2 feet on living room side of laundry room and utility closet next to laundry room in hallway. Then ServPro brought in a bunch of drying equipment. Air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and a lot of fans. They said they would be back to check in a couple of days. They were not. I had to call to have them come and check the moisture readings. They were never back when they said they said they would. It was hot here, we could not cool our house. It was over 100 degrees. I had enough I called to have them come and get the equipment, they did come back, but they took half the equipment, they said again they will come back in a couple of days. They did not. I called after about a week, they came and got all their equipment. Now this took until August the week of the 19. We were told *** would do the restoration. Havent heard a word yet. We called 5 times and spoke to ******* ********* I asked for a bill, nope. Then in November before Thanksgiving ****** called and asked for money, I said send me a bill with everything on it. Heard nothing until ****** called in February and ask for money, I wanted a **** ****** kept saying your not going to pay, I told him no I didnt say that I want a bill. I went to their business but they moved. No one knew were they moved to. So I called ******** answered and said they had a *******. She would not give us where they moved to. We asked if she could have *** or **** **** us. They havent. ****** called 3/27said he would call at 3. Never did. I want a price reduction.
