    Bought furniture on 12/11/2021. Was told after all papers were signed, that we would be getting the furniture delivered in 8 months or earlier. Well that's not the case. Rebelle home has given me 4 different delivery dates for four different months. As of today 12/12/2022 we are now waiting for the "next" delivery date, seeing how the last delivery date was 12/9/2022 ! My wife and I have already paid $2268.00 (half). We have tried to work with "Rebelle home" with no success (Rebelle home not willing to negotiate). We (wife and i) , have been in the store 4 times trying to get something done and get no were! I believe that my wife and I have been misled and taken advantage of!! All we want now is our money back that we have already paid. For the furniture we haven't received, after waiting for over a year now.

    Customers were told it could take up to 3 weeks for the item(s) to arrive. The shipping company said they expected it no later than Dec 9th, which was much sooner. Because of this, we informed them to allow for a few extra days because of delays due to weather, sickness, etc, etc. While we understand the customer's frustration, we have updated them to the best of our ability and their items are on their way, expected by the end of this week (if not very early next). We will continue to communicate with them via email as we've been doing.While we don't like to make excuses, this order was placed in a time period that the expansive COVID / materials / work force delays were in high effect. Each manufacturer is overcoming these difficulties as they are able. and we have been cutting the brands that are not able to perform for our customers, as we do appreciate all of their business.
