    On January 28th, 2024 I contacted Legal Documents Center to prepare a document that will remove my husband from a Deed for a house. **** with Legal Documents called me and told me that the charge will be $195.00 - I agreed to pay and gave my **** Credit Card number by phone. **** did not immediately send me the document that was to be prepared for me until after I contacted her by phone on January 31st, 2024, asking for her to email me the document she prepared. At 8:12pm **** with Legal Documents Center did send me the document that she prepared via email in a PFD and Word format. Our business had then been completed. I reviewed my Credit Card Statement and saw that Legal Document center had also charged me an additional $285.00 (twice) on February, 19th, and reversed only 1 of the charges of $285.00. Then Legal Document Center charged me again on February 22nd, 2024. I disputed the charges with my ******************* but they stated that because I did do business with Legal Documents Center, the additional charges of $285.00 & $125.00 would have to be reversed by Legal Document Center. I have been texting/calling and emailing **** with Legal Document Center and only received one response from **** on March 17th, 2024 at 1:54pm with her stating that the charge should only be $195.00. I emailed again and again asking her to explain the additional charges and to please reverse them. I've not received any other emails from **** with Legal Documents nor have I received any returned calls or text messages stating that my money would be returned. I would only like the additional charges of $285.00 and $125.00 reversed. I've attached a PDF file of text communications and a screenshot of the emailed communication between **** with Legal Documents Center and myself regarding the amount I should have ONLY been charged. I've exhausted all avenues to get this resolved. I need help.

    ********************* with Legal Document Center did finally respond to my emails stating that she was unable to get the charges reversed. I had to contact "Square" which is the company Legal Document Center used to charge my credit card. After weeks of waiting and trying to get my funds returned, ****** did write in an email that they will work with my bank to get this resolved. Today, I did get a refund in the amount of $125.00 and still waiting for the other amount of $285.00 to be refunded. Neither **** with Legal Document Center nor Square will provide me with info on how the fraudulent charges came to be. Thank you
