They are not associated with key masters. I have used both. *** runs key masters of Medford and he's a pretty good guy, 5 stars for him. These guys are scam artists.

Absolutely horrible service. My only car key broke inside my trunk lock. I called ***** Pacific who quoted me at $40 and they sent someone out. The person did remove the broken part but could not make a new key from the old one due to it being too damaged. This person then proceeded to take my car door off and lock cylinder from the passenger side to find the code for the key. The person tried the code on his software but stated it would not pull up the right key. After repeated attempts I told him to just put everything back together. This person tried to charge me $160 for just taking a broken key out of a lock and not making a new key. They also neglected to inform me that I should take that lock cylinder to another lock ***** as they might be better equipped. I had to tow the car to a mechanic to have the car lock cylinder re-taken off so I could take it to another lock *****. They were able to take that same code on the passenger side lock and make a key with absolutely no issue. It is unacceptable that a top reviewed locksmith was not able to make this key for me when a small shop had no problem.

We tried to reach out to this person many times. They never provided anyway to get in touch with them. Nobody ever called us to complain about this, and our auto key tech is extremely skilled. When he can't do a job, it is for a known reason ahead of time (such as specific vehicles). We would love to communicate with them to ensure they had the right business or to see what went down. Thank you.
