    Unprofessional and unethical. Counter offer made and accepted by customer then refused to honor offer made. NO INTEGRITY, honor your word and offer made whether it gains or loses, offer was made and accepted. Internal management does not understand business with sales left to defend themselves for misguidance, lack of integrity and customer ends up short.

    Horrible experience. Came in to do the back breaks and rotors. They did the front instead. *****. Then refused to do the correct breaks. Wanted me to pay them 4k for the correct breaks. Terrible customer service. Very dishonest service department. Go anywhere but here. Dont trust ****

    I had a bad experience at the Mercedes of ********** (ID stolen out of glove compartment) . Here the Service agent used was scary, but I had to work with him, I thought. He got the money out of my warranty, a virtual fortune and then told me it needed radiator work that was not covered and they had to take apart to fix it (*******!). I asked how they knew what the problem was without having taken it apart already (as they had replaced the engine). No comment. Now he says it's done, but he wouldn't recommend driving it until the radiator is fixed. Mercedes. Go figure.

    Terrible experience with their entire staff. Do not buy or sell a car here. Their finance manager ********************* and office manager are incredibly incompetent and unprofessional too. My 82 year old father unfortunately sold his car to them. They took over one month to issue him a check. When he took the check to the bank, it did not have the proper signatures by Mercedes, so they refused to deposit it. When he tried to resolve the matter with the dealership, they were rude and would not issue him another check. In the meantime, he also received a **** from the finance company stating that he owed money for the car he sold to Mercedes. When I reached out on his behalf, both ****** and **** were rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative. I reached out to Lancaster ************* as they own the Medford Mercedes dealership. Their team was kind and in the process of working on a resolution for my dad. Mercedes of Medford however will be contacted by our attorney for unfair and deceptive consumer business practices.
