    My wife thought we had bedbugs, which I doubt because no on ever got bit. She panicked and called "All Natural". They came out promptly and sprayed a little then put a cover around the mattress, about 3 hrs work, than gave her a bill for $3600. I found out later that some companies would do the same thing for $900.

    DO NOT fall for their sales pitch. I had a All Natural sales person come to my home to pitch their service to me in regards to the problem I was having with rats at that time. I ended up purchasing a plan rodents only for $3,215. I believe it was for a six month service. The service *****. I have only seen them a few times wherein I was having problems and I HAD to call them to book a service to help solve the problem. I was already getting other service from a local company for spiders, ants, bugs, etc. and was not aware they did rodents so I hired All Natural to take care of the rat problem. I told the previous service provider and was informed they also did rats. Since I rarely saw a person from ALL Natural here doing anything I just stopped calling them and I think I should get a refund from ALL Natural since the other company is doing their job!

    So far it seems I let bad reviews influence me. I have had a number of unsatisfactory experiences with pest control companies, landscapers, contractors, handymen etc. Desperate after fleeing my bedroom because of gnawing and thumping I dialed a random number I found by googling. Then a friend sent the link to a few negative comments on All Natural. ***** and ****** then became suspicious and defensive. After having both employees **** and **** come and address issues of my concern while working for solutions of our common goals I am relieved to find I have no complaints and am hopeful for a future with help whenever needed.

    Quoted $3595 to bait (not trap) issue. ******************* was very condescending and forced me to give a credit card for payment before services were rendered. Call for second and third quotes, those came in at $500 - $1,000. Agreeing to have another company come out they indicated there was no sign of recent activity and I was given bad information. Multiple people I spoke with about this issue knew right away it was All Natural Pest Eliminators. At the end of the day they were not going to set traps because there was NOTHING TO TRAP.

We are very well known in the industry for the warranties that we provide our customers.Rodents are notorious for finding new ways into homes once others are sealed up, which our warranty covers along with a host of other services. We are not a one-time service company, which is what many other companies will offer for rodent control. We know, and a lot of our customers have found, that a one-time service isnt sufficient in most cases to stop rodents from getting into your home. I sincerely apologize if that wasnt communicated well enough to you and even more so that you felt our representative was condescending. We are a reputable company with hundreds of 5 star reviews and thousands of very happy and satisfied customers. I will follow up on all your feedback with our staff and you are welcome to call me anytime if youd like to discuss this further.

    I believe this **mpany likes to scam their customers. They asked us to sign a 6-mo plan for $2,495 to remove all old mice, repair any holes around the home where mice can gain access, place live bait trap boxes & do a sanitation spray. They came out on 10/28/22 & removed all dead mice placed bait, did repairs & left one exit hole for the mice to leave. After 2nd visit 11/7/22 they said no activity to the bait stations & no new mice alive or dead. Great! We had 3rd visit 11/26/22 & still no new mice, though he spent only 5 mins in the crawl space. On 12/23/22 we had an inspector out; he was in crawl space for 5 mins, came out said he didnt see anything. He then told me we have foundation issues where wood is rotting & mold growing and widow infestation. Quoted me $1900 for the spiders & around $5k for the foundation! I asked about the sanitation we were supposed to get & when that was supposed to take place. He said it should have been done in which I said that I have yet to see anyone **me in with any of ***********. He stated that he would have seen a white film on things if it was done & he did not, so he looked through notes, didnt have a clear answer for me if it was done or not. He stated he would put a call into the ************* would reach out to me to clarify as well as set the next appt. I called our regular pest ** that does our qrtly spray & asked what their price would be to treat the crawl space for spiders. They quoted $299! So we got them out here. They said they have cleared up mice $700 on a large job. They went down & took photos and we did not have a huge spider issue, a few WERE found along the back wall. They said no foundation issues & showed us photos. They saw live bait tossed in the crawl space not in a box. Its been 3 wks since our last visit with All Natural. No one has reached out to us to clarify our sanitation as well as schedule any further visits.
