    Their shoe was wrong sized and they wont let me get another one

    I purchased 3 pair of wallabee Clarks and planned to buy several more but the quality wasnt what I received in the past after wearing two pair once the soles started to separate. I reached out to Clarks on ******** they had me send pictures and order numbers saying they would replace the shoes but after days talking they said oh we are out of the country so we can no longer help then suggest I file a complaint on the website they would help. After doing so I received and email from someone named ****** she asked me to send the same things to her and she would help me. I send her the items asked for and she disappeared. I have heard from them in weeks then I filed another complaint to reach someone else and they never responded. This is bad business and I will not shop with them any longer until I am assured their quality has increased and they respect their clients. I have spent to much money over the years with no discounts and no respect. They need to be held responsible.
