      Accurate Plumbing charged me $5,600 for three young men with shovels who worked for six hours to repair a sewer line. He verbally to me that it would take three days and the contract stated an excavator would be needed and a fence would be removed. None of those things happened. I am 83 years old and my husband is 85. I feel we have been taken advantage of. I do NOT recommend this company

      I scheduled an appointment with Accurate Plumbing Solutions to get gaskets replaced in both toilets and the kitchen faucet repaired. I expected one plumber would come and I hoped the two items could be completed in an hour and a half.************ were sent, an apprentice and a master. The apprentice completed the toilets, including replacing the supply lines, and the master fixed the kitchen faucet. They came together and left at the same time. The master plumber was only here 1 hour.The charges for labor were:Apprentice 1 hour - $80.00 Master plumber 1.5 hours - $225.00 To me this appears to be a way to inflate charges on a small job like mine.
