    This company does not adhere to ************ housing laws. Has violated multiple tenant laws. Has put the safety of their tenants at risk. And attempted to discriminate against my family and their need for a service animal adjustment. They are attempting to circumvent the law regarding landlord responsibility for carpet replacement. When I initially spoke to them, they told me that they would provide receipts for the initial installation of the old carpet. When all of the billing was done, they told me they didnt have any receipts, and were not going to be providing me with them, even though it is legally their responsibility to do so.We had a walk-through inspection that I filmed, and were told one single wall, and the carpet needed to be fixed after we left. Several weeks later, we got a bill for over $3000 an extra damages that we did not sign off on and they did not bring up during the inspection. Now theyre refusing to provide me with my move out paperwork. During our stay at this property. I reached out to them multiple times with complaints of the homeowner violating my tenant rights. Including, but not limited to breaking an entering into the home. Calling my place of work seeking payment. And bullying/harassment. I received absolutely no help from this company. Instead, they continued to let the owner of violate my lease agreement. I am refusing to pay the damages that were not on my move-out inspection. And we are probably going to end up in court. I have no less than 100 screenshots and up to 30 minutes of video to back up these issues.

    This complaint needs to be directed to Cornerstone Property Management, all the documents posted show Cornerstone as the business, not ******** Property Group.  Cornerstone was a tenant in our building they have since moved. ******** Property group is a real estate sales team, we do not deal with property management matters.

    This tenant has unauthorized animals and had over $6,000 worth of damage to the rental. Including dog and cat (unauthorized) that urinated on the entire carpet....Dog also scratched up the door and even ruined wall paper. We are taking care of the owner and damages are on the tenant.  We are taking them to Jackson County Court Soon.
