First we had a water leak out in front of our house by the water spiket. My husband dug it up to tell the maintenance man when he called if it was the spiket or coming from the ground. The maintenance man called the next day and came out to fix it. When we got home the hole was bigger and the spiket was completely broke off and our water was turned off and the maintenance man had called to let us know a plumber would be coming to fix it. The plumber finally fixed it but we were sent a bill saying my husband broke off the spiket. I called the office and they said I had to send an email. By then we were in the process of moving out so it took me a minute to do that. We got all moved out turned in our keys moved to another state and then I did it. I got a response back saying they were sending it up the chain and would get back to me. I have never heard from them. Then I got my refund check they took the bill I'm disputing out of the deposit, They also charged me to re-key the unit when I turned in the keys, They charged for a professional cleaner to come when we cleaned to whole thing except the oven, we cleaned it and then cooked in it one night and something boiled over. The neighbors told us their was only someone there for 1 1/2hours one day and it was from the property management place. I emailed them 3 times about the bill and called them 3 times about my refund and they never got back to me.
