SO pushy!! As I was walking past the store I was approached by an employee with a free sample but then her nonstop sales pitch began. I told her I wasn't interested SEVERAL times but she just continued. Being a person that tries not to be rude I let her get away with it WAY too long. She applied something to the area below my eyes telling me how much better I looked, and I saw no difference. She was relentless and I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation. She finally asked me, will that be cash or credit card, and I told her AGAIN, not interested. She attempted to argue with me as I finally escaped, and I do mean ESCAPE. Avoid this business at all costs!

I cant even begin to explain how terrible my experience with Introstem was. I bought their product after visiting their *** store, and let me tell you BIG mistake. Not only was the product outrageously overpriced, but it also gave me a terrible allergic reaction. My skin broke out so badly that Im now considering legal action. The quality is shockingly low for how much they charge its an absolute scam. And the staff at the *** store? No help at all. Save yourself the money, frustration, and a trip to the doctor. ***! THE WORSSSTTTTT!!! Avoid Introstem like the plague.

They do not deserve 1 star. They are a pyramid ******** talked into a scam for ***** dollars to return to be told that item would not work so I needed ****** in creams to accomplish the original promise *** refused to refund the ***** . I contacted my cc company but they were able to keep the money even though I tried to return it unused as the pretend doctor with the *** told me it was useless and to throw it away.

A total scam. Lured me in with a honey stick, put on eye lifting serum on me, sold me the serum and charged me $500. Wanted to charge me $4000 for 1 year of skin care. High-pressure sales tactics.

I also got suckered in from the "nice, sweet kiosk girl" at ********* in *******, **. I walked out of the store with only being charged ****** for the facial peeling and anti aging essence solution. When the girl tried to sell me the ******** system for only a **** *******, I got up and walked out with product on one side of my face when she got up and went to the back room. What a scam! Product can be found elsewhere for a lower price.

I too was stopped by a girl in a kiosk with some eye wrinkle repair. After she applied that and gave me a mirror to see the difference on the sagging beneath my eyes, she said she would only charge me for only the lower lid repair and the upper lid repair would be free. I am a senior citizen in my late 70's and by the time she was finished talking I was paying $300 for the eye repair. She then told me she was going to take me to the shop that was just being set up in the mall, she said that I would receive a complimentary facial, when I arrived at this shop I was directed to what appeared as a very small exam room with a small table. The young man that was there and directed me to sit on the table, and with no hesitation started with the facial, he also told me not to be taking any medication prescribed for me by my doctor but what he was doing was the only thing that was going to help. This guy was very charismatic, he never stopped talking, I am not one who stands in front of a mirror to apply all sorts of goop to my face to make myself look younger. The thing of this is I knew I didn't want this stuff but I felt paralyzed and not able to speak. My husband tried to come in, but he was asked to wait outside the room. When he was finished with my face he he was finished with me as well charging me $4000 dollars, I just could not believe I had been taken in this fashion, when it is said anyone can be conned, that is most certainly true. I thought I would never be conned-- it seemed I was just there, like a rag doll, and couldn't speak or think or ask any questions, I think I was hypnotized by this guys words and mannerisms. By the time I left, I was in shock, I could not believe what had happened to me hook, line and sinker

I would give a zero! They are set up shop at my local mall. I was just walking by with my kids and was lured in. I'm surprised they're English was pretty good. I liked the exfoliating scrub and bought the "buy one get one" deal, spent $300 for exfoliator, moisturizer, and they threw in a body scrub and hand cream. Found these products later on Amazon. They were the typical nosey sales wanting to know all about me and my kids. While sitting there getting sampled, a few elder women were suckered but quickly left when told the price. They talked a hush hush consultation in the back they call a "med spa" for light therapy and I was told to appreciate the man's time and thank him many many times because he is doing me a very big favor by not charging the $350 consultation fee. A very aggressive young man walked in and went over the marvelous light therapy machine, talking about he worked with **** and a bunch of other BS and was very arrogant. After he wiped off my makeup, put creams on my face and used light therapy, my forehead area was numb and looked like it had worked. He expected me to charge my credit card for $5900 for the machine and a year of creams and he would throw in 12 visits with him at his "med spa" there at the mall. He freaked when I told him no and demanded answers and profiled me. Then said he would drop the cost to $3k because I can just make payments to the bank and I must have good credit. I finally went off on him. He got mad and said the regular price is $13k and he may charge whatever he wants and it may be $20k next time. He was **** a prick! Once I got home, my wrinkles on my forehead were darker than before. I researched the companies Empire Tech and Intro Stem and saw mostly bad reviews. The Empire Tech light therapy is sold on **** for less than $1k. WHAT A SCAM!

Very aggressive sales pitches with overpriced products charging $399 for something that sells for $70 online.Once they realize you aren't buying they get extremely insulting and will question your marriage, parenting skills, as a last resort to try and guilt you. Pretty trashy services and practices
