I responded to an ad on ******** marketplace for a 5900 **** focus 2018 vehicle with ******* miles. I arranged to go and view the car. I was told the car has no problems I make the $5500 payment exchange the money I sign in as is agreement I go to reverse the car with a key and it doesnt reverse but then we try again and it reverses ****** and behold within a week and a half two weeks this happened on 24th of April I bought this car, it wouldnt reverse after grocery shopping and it overheated the transmission overheated on the freeway and I had to be towed to the nearest mechanic which is where the car is now I dont think its fair for somebody to take $5500 and sell a car thats gonna need that much more and transmission and as I found out later, this car is not worth even putting into transmission as it cost 12 or ****** brand new so that is my complaint and I have Looked into lemon laws, which is what the state trooper recommended I do on the side of the freeway to make me feel better about the whole situation so I really would appreciate support as the seller no longer accept my phone calls and makes excuses when he is on the line that is in car auction or what not
