Took my 43' 2021 5th wheel trailer I bought NEW in 2022 in for ************ awning recall on June 5th 2024, Clickit is the closest Forest River authorized recall center. Everything was scheduled, I told them numerous times the awning had come loose, I had reattached it. They said they were very familiar with the repair and it would only take a few hours to complete. After two weeks with no contact I called and was told it did not need the recall. I said it did and reexplained the situation again. This went on weekly for over a month until I was told if I wanted them to complete the recall I had to pay for it. I said I would call Forest River directly then received the first ever phone call from Clicket. *** said all they actually had to do was measure where the awning was mounted and confirmed it DID need the recall completed. Since Clicked had already closed the recall claim it took a while for them to reopen and order the parts I never heard anything back. I finally told them I was coming to get my trailer and would find a competent facility to complete repairs. Thats when I was told the parts were damaged in shipping, but they had not reordered replacements yet. I showed up as scheduled 50 days after dropping it off to pick it up. ***** ***** met me in the parking lot and said if I didn't pay them for not completing any repairs he would report me to the police for theft for picking up my trailer and he would not release the warranty claim so I would not be able to get the recall completed anywhere else. Against my better judgment I left my trailer held hostage After 94 days at Milton Freewater Clickit they called on Friday September 6th to say it was done and ready for pickup. I had to work that weekend. Tuesday the 10th Clickit called and said they ran another trailer into mine and damaged it! Pictures of the broken window, holes and scratches in the gelcoat also show the awning recall was not completed correctly. Will not respond with insurance or claim info.

Dear Better Business Bureau,I feel compelled to bring to your attention the shocking mistreatment my 69-year-old disabled Veteran uncle (*************************) experienced at Click-It **. As a disabled individual residing in a nursing home with declining mental and physical health, he was egregiously targeted and manipulated by the staff at Click-It **.During an ** event at the ***********************, my uncle was promised special event pricing and no down payment on the ** he was interested in. However, after being declined financing by several institutions, the sales representative convinced him to manipulate the VA nursing home housing as income in order to secure approval for financing. This unethical practice preyed upon his vulnerability and contributed to him making a decision that he could not fully comprehend.Adding to the distressing situation, after being initially informed that no down payment was necessary, my uncle was suddenly confronted with a demand for a $6k upfront payment. Moreover, he was coerced into signing paperwork for a financing amount over $110k, despite the fact that the ** was originally listed between $50k - $60k.Upon realizing that he could not afford this exorbitant amount, we attempted to contact Click-It ** to rectify the situation. Regrettably, our concerns were met with dismissive and unsympathetic behavior. Despite explaining his declining mental health and our power of attorney status for his finances, the company adamantly refused to return any portion of the down payment. This exploitative and predatory behavior has caused significant distress to my uncle and our family. It is deeply disheartening to witness a company take advantage of someone in such a vulnerable state. I implore the Better Business Bureau to take swift action to address this appalling conduct and prevent others from falling victim to similar mistreatment.Sincerely,*****************************
