On 4/14/25 I went to Premier Motors and traded in my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2017 ***** Traverse. We owed $10k on the Jeep, Premier offered to give us $6k for it, so we put $4k down to offset the Jeep difference. On 5/12/25, I got an email from my bank saying I'm late on my payment for my Jeep. The bank never received payment for my trade in. I called Premier Motors on 5/13/25 and spoke to the owner who said he would "talk to his DMV girl" and call me the next morning. He never called. I've been calling every day since then and he will not return my calls. The person who answers says the owner is not there but the payment is processing. I continue to call my bank who said there is no payment pending. Now I'm stuck with a payment for TWO vehicles, one of which I don't even have possession of. Oregon law states the dealership has 15 days to pay off a loan on a trade. It's also a class C felony to not transfer a title within 45 days. The owner needs to pay off the loan for the ****, or refund my $4k down-payment and give me the keys to the Jeep.

Bought a 2021 ****** Corolla from Premier Motors from a listing listed online. Bought the car on August 24, 2024, and paid $19,000 cash including Dmv fees. Received a bill of sale but no title. Was told the car was being financed by the previous owner and they needed to sort through that and get paperwork in order. We heard nothing from Premier Motors until we gave them a call when our temporary plates expired. They said they were still waiting on paperwork for the title 3 months later and sent us new temporary plates. Heard nothing from them except when we would call and were given excuses as to my they didn't have the title yet. On February 7th we had a time planned to meet with the *** to do the title transfer, but they cancelled "due to weather". They never made any attempts to schedule another appointment. Then ***** told us that the previous owner hasn't come in to even sign the title. He told us the previous owner would be there to sign it last Friday and we could come in and get it. I was planning on going to Premier Motors on Friday, and I told ***** this on the phone on Thursday evening, he said I could come, and he'd be there. I called before coming up on Friday morning just to be told by an employee that ***** would be out of the store all day. We came in on Saturday morning and ***** was not there, and the title hadn't been signed. We haven't been able to see it or been contacted about any updates. I have called, texted many times and went into Premier Motors and been told ***** will contact us and he never does. I also requested to see or receive a photo of the title, and he said he will send it and he hasn't. I called last night at 17:52 and was told "***** is on the phone" I asked to be placed on hold and after 5 minutes was hung up on. Called back immediately and was told "***** had to leave the store." I am contacting the BBB because we can't get ahold of *****, and I do not trust he will contact us and resolve the issue himself.

On September 9, 2021 I issued *************************** hereby representing Premier Motors **** a check in the amount of $11,600 in respect of 3 cars, (GMC Acadia Year - 2007;Ford Explorer Year - 2008; Oldsmobile Cutlass Year ****), all 3 cars valued at $11,600.(A check in the amount of $11,600 is attached to this complaint). On the same date of September 9, 2021 I also issued *************************** a check payable to DAA Auctions in the amount of $2,005 in respect of 1 motor vehicle, ***** Accord Year - 2007.However, the representative shortly returned the same check to me indicating that, DAA Auctions would not accept such a check from an individual, instead it would take one from a licensed dealership. Based on the circumstances, *************************** therefore requested that, I pay to him cash in the amount of $2,005.Notably, on all such occasions, Premier Motors did not issue me with any single form of receipt after making/taking any of those payments to the effect. On November 19, 2021 *************************** requested me to pay to his Company an amount of $3,183.15, (DMV- Fees) so that he could get the cars registered and transferred to me, through the ********** of ***** Vehicle as I expected. Shortly, before that date, on November 10, 2021 the individual also requested that, I pay to him, $371.15 being (DMV Fees) so that he could process the title and transfer of the ***** Year 2007.He did none of that, and neither did he deliver the car(s) to me. I am reporting a fraudulent activity or activities and thus requesting the intervention of the BBB, so that I could possibly get a refund of my money in the amount of $17,159.30.Previously, I contacted the Attorney General of ********** State, and the **************** ********** of ********** (Compliance/Fraud Investigators Unit), Ref: ****** where Premier Motors indicated that it would get this resolved. However, based on the circumstances, it appears that, the company is unwilling to get the matter resolved. Sincerely,*************************

Back Oct 2021 ***************************** which we have know for around 10 years came to me and said he needed make some extra money. And i asked how could i help. l have a 2nd location which he wanted to run part time because at the time he was going school and wanted work part time in between. That did not work out so he asked could we go into partnership. l then asked how he wanted me let him buy some cars under my license with his and we split the proceeds. So we went to the auction and he picked out some cars that he wanted to buy. So we bought them the auction would not accept his check only way payment was cash or my account .He was not on my account. So we sold couple under my dealer license the only way.
