    On February 2, 2023, I placed an online order (#****) for 8 bottles of drinking vinegar from Som Cordial, something I had done in the past without issue. On this occasion, on 2/7 I received a single package containing 4 bottles of drinking vinegar, instead of the expected 8. The packing slip inside the box said there were 8 bottles, but there were only 4. The box appeared not to have been tampered with in any way to my knowledge, and the *** tracking details were accurate (a single package shipped to me). I contacted the company via an online form they have under a "Contact **" page. I explained what I had received and asked if they were still planning to ship the remainder, or could simply refund me for the missing merchandise. After never hearing a response, I emailed them directly at ********************************** They never responded to either inquiries. I also tried to contact their phone number "************", but the phone kept ringing until a recording said the mailbox was full. I tried calling multiple times over the course of the past 10 weeks but to no avail. I then disputed the charge through my bank but they said that the merchant provided shipping and order information (1Z288A130390419147) which evidently satisfied the credit card company ***** My concern is that this business is no longer operating legally, and that they are able to ship partial orders to unsuspecting customers and taking full payment, with enough of a cover through the shipping company so as to avoid being held liable for this fraudulent activity.

    We have responded to every e-mail **** has sent **, we have attached two separate email chains. He has not responded to us, we have been more than willing to help him with his issues but he has not responded to any emails from **.
