  3/9/2023 I ************************* - Everton , Call for an appointment, was told to come in came in for my appointment. Capital win arrived. I was asked to go in number four waiting room capital to wait for the dentist to talk about my referral to soft touch about my extractions tomorrow *********** called I was told I was removing all my top teeth plus one on the bottom right. Capital so I went ahead and called family dentistry on ********** to have that corrected. Capital for the reason that I was requesting all my teeth to be removed for implants. Capital capital the dentist had advised me do you know how much that cost can you afford that and Im only giving you a bottom partial. I proceeded to say that is not what I asked for that if I was leaving my teeth and I wanted to purchase a bottom partial to match my uppers. Capital he had told me that I was requesting all my teeth on the top pulled out and one on the bottom two then have no upper teeth and to purchase a partial for the bottle then. He had shove his fingers in my mouth Capital with a very disgusting attitude. Capital then pushed me out of his little waiting area from the chair. Capital then told me to get out of his office for whatever the reason when ** only trying to figure out what my appointment is for tomorrow instead go somewhere else do something else not sure very sure theres video tape. Capital just need to make a report that that was very unprofessional and I do not appreciate being treated like Im something belittled Capitol the lady at the front desk. His receptionist had no problem. Capital I just need that company looked at for the reasons that they concern me for treating customers the way they do. Capital that is very unprofessional for being a business owner all walks of life, deserve the best adequate care .
