      Breach of contract. We Hired Talon Protection Group LLC. On September 11, 2024. We signed a contract with them to patrol our home starting September 11 -14, 2024. We were sent a invoice for the service when we were still on vacation. I mailed them a check on the 14th of September. The next morning i was talking to my neighbor, and he stated that they didn't see anybody patrolling the house. I called the dispatcher for Talon, and he told me that he had no record of any dispatch to our address. I called the sales manager and told him what the dispatcher said. He told me that the dispatcher didn't know what he was talking about. And that they did patrol our property. I asked him why there was no recording of them on our security cameras. The sales manager said he would get back to me. A few days later he called and said that they didn't patrol the property. The attitude of the Sales manager, CEO, and Registered Agent was "no harm no foul". I sent them two checks for $300.00 each. the reason i sent the checks is because they never acknowledged the first check, and by invoice, I had to pay them by September 29, 2024. I sent the second check by certified mail. I called the office, sent written communication, and finally drove to the registered agent office. I asked **** ****** to return the two checks to me he said he would get back to me. to this date no communication with the company. The checks were never deposited.

      Mr. ******,

      You contacted us to provide security services to your residence from the date of 09/11/24 to 09/14/24. A contract was sent out on 09/10/24, the day before the contract was supposed to start.  The contract was not returned until the morning of 09/11/24 at 02:34 AM, per the contract a Client Information Form needed to be completed before services would start. That form was never completed by you for this contract. Due to the short contract period Invoice #**** was sent out on 09/11/24 due on 09/29/24.

      Per our conversation on November 19th,24, I told you I would investigate the events surrounding services not being provided to your residence from 09/11 to 09/14 and let you know what happened. I did find a breakdown in communication between our sales team to our operations team which led to services not being provided. Steps have been put in place to keep that from happening again.
      At the time of the issue being brought up for the first time, our CEO apologized for services not being performed and credited your account, voiding Invoice # ****. Talon Protection Group thought the matter was closed at that point. You have repeatedly contacted us since that point to reopen the issue, and we have responded every time. This culminated in you coming to our office without appointment on November 19th,24, which is not open to the public. Even then, I still took time out of my busy day to meet with you to discuss your concerns. During this conversation, I asked you if you would like credit on your account towards us providing future services,and you declined.

      After my conversation with you on November 19th, 24, you requested that I mail you the voided checks and copies of the contract as well as a copy of a previously completed contract from May of 2024. I put all requested documents in the mail on 11/27/24 with a signature required for delivery. The Packet was returned to Talon Protection Group on 12/09/24 by **** as no one could be contacted for a signature. I then tried to reach out to you on the phone and left a message on 12/10/24. You have not reached out or tried to communicate with our company since November 19th,24 in any form.

      Talon Protection Group received two checks from you, check # **** dated 09/16/24 and check # **** dated 09/22/24, both checks were voided and never deposited. We are more the happy to return the two checks to you via mail, we ask that you please provide us with a mailing address to send them to and that someone will be at that address to sign for the checks. If that is what you want to do, I will provide you with a tracking number to you once they are mailed.

      I am rejecting this response because: excuses excuses. **** ****** is full of it! all this time has passed and **** actes like he has no clue. when I went to his office, because the address for his office is a PO box that his sales manager ****, would not give out the address to me. he has my address, because of the letters I mailed to him by certified mail, and he has my email and could email me to pick up the checks at any office he chooses.oh, and by the way, the last time we talked, **** told me that the checks were thrown away. and about the credit that he talks about, talon protection group has already proven to me that they are incompetent, and after all this, I wouldn't want anything to do with this company. talon protection group has a car patrol the empty lot across the street from our house, if **** really wanted to get me the checks have the patrol officer hand them to me. so you see, he doesn't have the checks in question. talon protection group blames me, when in fact, it's the leadership that is to blame. only after I called the better business bureau did we get a response from ****.
