    my son completed and passed his drivers education class. He did not receive proof of completion as all his other classmates did. we have called and email many times in the last 6 months requesting the proof. We have got different responses each time. we need a photo of him first-sent by us, owner is out of town, well email it to you and never came and then statement that it is not needed Dmv has proof. I have called the dmv-they do have proof of completion although not received until 12/22/24 when he completed in 8/24. however in order to get insurance discount for my son we still need proof of completion of the course from this agency. The *** cannot provide this and the insurance company cannot see it in dmv system. I am requesting proof that he completed and passed the course in August 2024 and business will not provide this
