    Mr. ********************** replaced the engine in my 2014 ***** silverado 1500 5.3. He first informed me he found a replacement engine that was the same as my truck. However, after install I found out the engine was from a suburban. Mr. ********************** stripped my cylinder 6 spark plug during install as well. I confirmed with pick A part across the streerlt where Mr. ********************** got the used engine from and it was not stripped when it left there. I went to use my AC for the first time and found it was not working like it use to. I called Mr. ********************** and he said to have the system recharged as he did not do it when he replaced the engine. This should have been done automatically when he did the engine swap. When I took my truck in for an oil change at valvoline they stated my oil plug was nearly stripped, which again Mr. ********************** was the last to touch the plug and it was fine per pick A part. I asked at valvoline if they did AC recharge and they assessed my truck for the service only to find out the clutch in the compressor does not work. The engine is under warranty at pick A part, but they won't cover the damages Mr. ********************** caused. Mr. ********************** is also, refusing to repair the damages he has done. Instead he keeps referring me to other companies for the work, which I should not be paying for.
