    I have a signed contract dated 11/30/23 for photography session.I paid a deposit of $200 to hold an 8/3/24 photo shoot date We did the session on 8/3/24, after which I paid an additional $525 on 8/5/24 (payment in full plus tip). Contract said we get photos within 2 weeks, digitally. At the time of the photo shoot she said she'd send me a link to the photos the next day (but again, contract says 2 weeks). Total payment of $925. I have since been following up via voicemail, text, email and ******** messages on 9/3, 9/10, 9/16, 9/17, 9/23, 9/25 and today 9/27 with NO response at all. have been friendly up to the last two reach outs, but yet NO response at all. The Owner/Business has been unresponsive and has not fulfilled the contract.
