    Electrician was called to repair problem with breaker to water well pump. He came 6/18/24 and appeared to have solved the issue. Nothing was said about a need to return.However, on 7/9/24 he contacted me wanting to return saying that the part he had installed was only a temporary fix and he now had the correct part to install. He charged for two calls and time for both visits. It seemed like overcharging because it was not my fault his first repair required a follow up visit. However, I paid the full $489. Unfortunately, now the same breaker is tripping, causing the water well to stop working and no water to the house. On 8/19/24 I emailed him to let him know and to request a repair. No Response On 8/23 I texted him, letting him know I'd send an email and requesting a repair. No Response I am now at a loss as to what to do. Upon investigation, the breaker to the water well pump has not been replaced. The old one is still there. The proper (originally requested) repair has not been done.

    This is the first I am hearing of this complaint.  I do not have an email from ***** on 8/19 and if she tried to text my land line, I do not have a way to receive a text message there.   I just called the phone number I have for ***** and left a voice message including my cell phone number. 

    The breaker that was replaced was the main breaker in the panel below the electrical meter and not the breaker feeding the pump house.  When I first came out there was no power making it into the panel, the main breaker in the panel was not allowing power to any of the breakers.  I did not have the exact breaker on my service truck and installed temporary breaker to feed the panel.  This breaker was oversized and could not be left as a permanent solution.  The correct breaker was not available at the supplier and had to be order before I could replace it.  Two trips were required to accomplish this.  

    That being said, I am unavailable to resolve the new problem in a timely manner and recognize that this is very inconvenient for *****.  I will refund the full amount when I return after September 9th.
