    I ordered a product from Hazy Day on-line back in October on or around the 29th. The product sku# was ***** with a description of "metal pipe long easy clean" order number is *****. the item was $12.00 with $4.80 shipping for a total of $16.80. I have never received this item and when I use the link in my email it states, "awaiting processing and paid." I called the company back in November and was told that on there end it shows the item was sent and that the owner was the only one that could follow up on this. I called back 3 times in December leaving a VM with no follow up. I have sent 2 email, again no response. I would like a refund at this point as I purchased this item from another vender d/t lack of follow up. I have an email with confirmation of this order.

    I'm very sorry you have had this experience; we had an employee quit and lock us out of our order info any every customer that was affected and contacted us we informed them to file a dispute with PayPal or their card issuer and we could immediately send a refund
