      Although this company has a stellar reputation, this specific store is a business to stay away from. To start with, I called about a flat tire. I was quoted the cost of $140.00. My original call was at 8:00 am. At 4:00 pm, I was contacted and informed that they couldn't get to me that day,, and they were closed the ******* such, I had to incur $200 in additional charges for rental space and transportation to and from where I was camping.I would advise everyone that needs tire work in the ******* area to avoid them.

      We were contacted on 4/05/2025 BY Mr. **** for a flat repair on his motorhome located at the **********************. We informed him that the service was $140.00 per hour and that our service man was busy with other service call we will try and be out that afternoon, customer stated not a problem. Called him later that day and told him the serviceman would not be able to make it that day but would be able to on Monday. Customer called Monday morning to confirm that we would be out that day, we told him we would and he said no problem since he was not leaving with the motorhome until Tuesday morning. We went out and removed the tire from the motorhome and needed tire take it back to the store to repair then return to the motorhome to reinstall it took the technician about 3hrs total time. When he finished the job he called the customer who stated that on in way into town he would stop by and pay that was at 4:49pm on 4/07/2025. The customer never stopped by to pay and we tried numerous phone calls, emails and never received a call back and they never answered the phone. On 4/22 we contacted the ************************* to help us find out more information about the customer since our attempts to contact them were never answered. Officer ******** contacted the customer on 4/23 and asked about the payment for the work that we had performed and the customer said they didn't want to pay for the service, officer Hallmark informed Mr. **** that if he had an issue with the bill that he should have contacted us in a timely manner if he didn't pay it was just theft of services. The customer then called the Les ********************** main office to complain and they had instructed him to contact the store to discuss it. The customer called the ********************** and we explained what the charges were for and the customer stated they would stop by to discuss it with us. On Friday the 25th of April the customer had not show up so we called them again they finally paid over the phone for the bill.

      A. I was never informed of the hourly charge. I was told it was a flat fee of $140.B. They left me hanging until the end of the day on Saturday, so I had no other options but to wait until Monday. This added in an additional $200.00 in cost that I had to pay to keep my campsite, and find tranportation to and from on ***** to go home and Monday to come back.C. I contacted the Les Schwab **************** immediately and was basically told that the store is a franchise that they have no control over them.D. I was never given an invoice until I demanded it from the manager. According to state law, I would have then had 30 days to pay. Within 10 minutes of receiving the invoice, I paid the bill.E. I never stated to the officer that I did not want to pay, I was trying to work with their corportate office.
