    We originally called to have a ******'s engine replaced under warranty. They gave us a 'worst case scenario' quote of $2400. We asked to pay prior to the repairs, due to knowing that we had it then, but may not later. When we went to pay, they told us we needed to pay $3200. They said multiple times that everything they needed to be replaced. When they told us it was completed, they said we owed an additional $1500. We contacted ******'s and we were told that everything was covered and included and to request an itemized list. We did and they sent us some pictures of an invoice. There are multiple parts that were replaced that we were never contacted about. These are parts that were recently replaced within a matter of months. They claimed the parts were faulty and couldn't be reinstalled. They had been told multiple times that many parts had been replaced over the last 4 years and are under a lifetime warranty. They even texted us multiple times stating that ******'s told them they agreed to cover the costs! Do not use this shop!
