    Reservations were made at Oregon Dunes KOA in December 2021 for Wednesday, September 21, 2022 - Sunday, September 25, 2022 (4 Nights). New sites were only dry at the time when I called and I was told they would be full hookup in June of 22 so I would be good to book for Sept 2022. As of July 18 I was told in a very RUDE manner by manager and assistant Manager they were still not done and would probably not be done by Sept 21 2022. I requested a full refund due to false information that was given to me over the phone, as well as false information on my reservation confirmation email, which states, Your *******************************************. Newly built big boy sites, plenty of room for your toys. ***************** individuals at this location were EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude.I would kindly like my $40 dollars in cancelation fees returned, as I was lied to by KOA of the Dunes as well as a confirmation letter that falsely states "FULL HOOKUP". And lastly, treated like complete garbage by KOA employees.I reserved 4 spots and was not credited $10 for each reservation for cancelation fees ($40 total). Looking to recoup my $10 dollars for each confirmation below.Confirmation: *******, *******, *******, ******* Full HOOKUP listed on all for confirmation emails received in December 2021.     I'm sorry the camper feels this way, however his reservation was made online not by a employee and we tell *********** that there is no guarantee these sites would be finished upon there reservation date..im the manager and I have not talked to this camper personally so I apologize for the rudeness he received from whomever he spoke with. The sites have been under construction for the past year and due to covid the permits were delayed. we apologize for the inconvenience and will happily refund the $10.00 cancellation fee for all 4 sites.
