    Discrimination. ************** must have sold my info to this company. Every time I go for an appt there, I continually get hearing notices. I do not have hearing problems. Over 65 does not mean hearing problems. I have contacted Miracle Ear local office and HQ. Still receiving this junk. I have also complained to bbb before and nothing was done. LEAVE ME ALONE

    January 2024. Signed papers to take hearing aids home to try out.Signed paper to take loan from HEALTHIPLAN with no interest.I received no signed papers because their copy machine was down!Returned hearing aids within allowed time.Signed papers of which I received no copies because, once again, their copy machine was down!HEALTHIPLAN calls me everyday for payment.They say Miracle Ear has not reversed the charge.I have contacted Miracle Ear several times, to no avail!In the meantime, my CREDIT SCORE HAS DROPPED 8POINTS!

    Not only to remain professional but to ensure proper business is being conducted we strive to ensure every purchase, exchange, or return is processed as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Understanding the limitations to the abilities of our offices and the said influence of financial qualification standards is necessary to differentiate what we can, as a hearing aid provider, conduct as daily business.  

    We strive to provide the best hearing healthcare available and look forward to discounting any costs incurred to you from outside of our own offices in regard to this matter.
