CNB and the supervisor **** Billseck Runs the company horribly and very unethical in aspects regarding pay, training, safety, benifits etc.She does not hold any kind of job orientation, prospective employee background checks, proper training,no safety whats so ever to make the employees feel safe ie No protection like hand cuffs,a radio, baton,**** etc.nothing to protect the body such as a stab vest only a flash light and our cell phones, no proper training or training videos, no employee handbook for employees, no benifits such medical, dental, vision, 401 k,or A&D, does not provide proper overtime pay normally would be time and a half when over 80 hours in a pay period,no consistent schdule will either shedule short weeks or long weeks longer then 5 days or nights in a row to the point where you are not properly rested which is also a saftey concern. I feel and im sure other former and curret employees feel she needs to restructre her company and implement all that i listed to continue running a legitament security company and if she cant comply then she needs to have her company closed down. as well she is late on paychecks, does not offer diect deposit or allpws you to pick up your paycheck, unprofressinal when talking with employees also no care when it comes to health and saftey of employees or their families and has a problem hanging up on us when she is not happy with our answers.

    Response to Complaint
Job orientation is held during the employment process, covering employee expectations, aswell as job training held over a 2 day period prior to employment. We have a company instructor that is Certified through ***** for the *************** , *********** of ****** Standards and Training). Most of the topics of ********************"s complaint are coverd in this curriculum. ( see attached Curriculum). During the course of this training continuing education is recommended and strongly encouraged, and as required by ***** course material {a handbook) is given either digitally or a printed version to every potential employee prior to employment. Continued training can be done through aditional instruction with other instructors on the ***** website listed here (https://www.******.gov/dpsst/Pages/default.aspx). Go to the Private Security tab, Look under training and the the list for instructors
{https://www.******.gov/dpsst/PS/Pages/lnstructor-list.aspx). There you will see no shortage of instructors that are certified to teach all of the topics (and more) adressed by ******************** from all over the ***************. Safety is the number one priority of a CnB Employee. It is against company policy and recommended by ***** that before a certified unarmed guard can carry defensive equipment such as ****, baton or asp, taser, handcuffs or any other defensive equipment, additional training is required. Wether an unarmed guard can use this additional equipment at a particular job location is also determined by the contract holder, or client requesting security. An untrained employee in the regards of aditional equipment can and would promote unsafe practices for the guard, the client and its aditional personel. A radio or phone is provided at every jobsite. There is always a form of communication. No employee is allowed at a jobsite without it. If an employee is at a temporary location he or she MAY opt to use their own phone but if they do not have one, communication Will be provided.
