    Hello, I ordered 3 adjust-a-gate kits and 1 metal drop rod directly from ****** ******* fence on 10 May. I received only 3 of the 4 items with one of the gate kits missing on 20 May. I sent ****** ******* a message requesting information on the missing gate and have received no response. I called their customer service and the number always goes straight to voicemail. I left multiple voicemails and emailed them and still nothing. I finally found their front desk number and spoke to someone, but they just took my information and said they would send it to customer service. At this point I just want my money back or the gate kits that I paid for. I appreciate any help.Order number: LF4830 *** tracking numbers (two):1ZRV79000349638744 1ZRV79000349194152 I have a video of *** only delivering two packages. One box had 2 gate kits and the other smaller box had the drop rod kit. No idea what happened to the 3rd gate kit.
