      Garbagino is supposed to pick up our trash from the business complex we lease from 2x a week.On Tuesdays and Fridays. My employees have complained to us on Tuesday that is was really full at close, by Thursday that it was overflowing, and Friday night after closing (around 6:30PM) trash was still not picked up. (Two missed trash pick **** They have missed picking up trash numerous times to where it has become an actual hazard to have my employees take trash out. We are going on week two without a single trash pick up.The trash is overflowing, our landlord has called them many times weekly requesting pick up to be done and they tend to show up when they feel like it and not when they are supposed ***** is unsafe to have trash that is overflowing daily and this issue needs to be resolved because calling them and complaining does not resolve the issue. It is now Tuesday the other day of the week trash should be picked up and it was again not picked up. This makes it the 3rd trash pick up missed in a row! Trash is everywhere, bags now on the ground, raccoons have got in the trash and spread it all over. I hope when they do finally pick it up they also clean out the entire trash area and any scattered trash in our parking ********** was taken Sunday night 2/23 (trash situation today was extremely worse, I will make sure to document day by day moving forward.)

      First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize to Ms. ******** and her employees for any frustration caused by the trash service concerns at the property. We take these complaints very seriously and value our customers and their businesses.
      1. Confirmation of Service on 2/25 and 2/21:
      We would like to clarify that we do have photographic documentation showing that the container at this location was serviced as scheduled on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025, the same day this complaint was submitted. Additionally, the container was serviced on Friday, February 21st, 2025. However, due to high volume and accumulation of trash over the weekend, we understand that by Tuesday, it may have appeared to Ms. ******** and her employees as though Fridays pickup had not occurred.
      2. Recommendation to Increase Service ****************start="1147" data-end="1150">Our drivers made a note back in January 2025 recommending that this location increase service frequency due to the volume of trash that regularly accumulates. We communicated this recommendation directly to Roll Tide Properties, the property management company and account holder located in **********. It appears there may be a communication breakdown between Roll Tide Properties and the local tenant, Ms. ********* regarding our recommendation and attempts to address this issue. We have primarily been working with the property manager on these matters, and it is possible that Ms. ******** has not been informed of these ongoing discussions.
      3. Steps Taken to Resolve the ***************start="1856" data-end="1859">To ensure this location receives consistent and reliable service:
      We have added a permanent note throughout the month of March in our drivers route software to ensure that this stop is checked and serviced every Tuesday and Friday without exception.
      Our drivers are also instructed to report any overflows or access issues so that we can address them promptly.
      4. Ongoing ***********************start="2449" data-end="2452">To avoid further miscommunication, we would encourage Ms. ******** to feel free to contact us directly at ************** or ******************************************************* if there are any future service concerns. We are more than happy to work with both Roll Tide Properties and the local business tenant to ensure expectations are being met.
      Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve this issue. We are committed to providing better service moving forward and welcome any additional questions or concerns.

      Although I feel accountability should be taken for the many missed trash pick *** as they said they had documentation of trash being picked up, I have documentation daily of it not being picked on my end as employees now are required to send nightly photos of the trash bin at closing. They were not picked up regularly or at all until a complaint was filed with the BBB - our landlord has forwarded us multiple communications he had made with promises of trash pick *** going to happen and then garbagino falling short of that. Trash has been finally being pick up on the scheduled days since the complaint was filed. And our trash bins have not been overflowing since trash is being picked up now. We will continue to document the trash and my landlord will also be installing a camera to hold garbagino accountable for missed pick *** if they do occur again. I appreciate them for making the effort now to make sure our trash is being picked up on their scheduled days. If by 6PM I do not see trash is picked up on scheduled days I will email them directly and if the issue persists I will again file another complaint.

      the garbage company is saying i am late with october payment, when october has not ended yet. they stopped my service. they are billing for trash that has not been picked for the past 3 weeks. I want bill adjustment and i need to know if there is another trash company in my neighborhood

      To whom it may concern: 

      Thank you for reaching out regarding the most recent complaint. We apologize for any frustrations this situation may have caused. The customer's ********************** was stopped for non payment. As seen in the attached screenshot of the account a payment of $125 was received on 8/14/23 which paid for services through July of 2023. The customer was billed monthly in August on 8/21 and in September on 9/18 and no payment was received so service was temporarily suspended until a payment was submitted. On 10/6 we did receive payment of $165, which covered services in August and part of the September service. The customer's ********************** was resumed when this payment was made. A following bill was sent in October on 10/16 which was for the October services. 

      We have contacted this customer and although this issue arose because of late payments from the customer, our company still offered a credit to the customer because of the frustrations this situation may have caused. The account is now up to date and service is on a normal schedule. 

      We appreciate the opportunity to service all of our customers and do our best to provide top notch service.
