    On March 6, 2025 Mikes labor service sent **** to install sprinkler system to my garden.**** arrived he told me the hourly rate will be $60 an hour and it would take 6 to 8 hours. I said OK and he started the work.A little later, ****, the owner, showed up, but DIDNT informed me he was also charging me $60 an hour. No one said my hourly rate was increasing to $120 an hour. I never would haveokayed that. I only learned about it when he handed me the receipt of the $1010 with labor and material.(See picture references).PROBLEM: **** was here only five hours. I called **** the next day and he apologized and said he would send me a check for the hours which would be $120. I told him to wait because I was going to add another line and **** could use that $120 when he installed the new line. So, after I got some plants established, I turned on the sprinkler system and water started spraying everywhere! I quickly ran and turned up the water. Thats when I discovered **** had messed up and cut the line in the wrong place and covered it over with black tape. I hadnt seen it and he sure NEVER told me about it.I was furious and called **** and told him what had happened. We had a screaming match - I had just spent over $1000 and water was spraying everywhere. I had the right to be upset!**** sent **** to fix it. **** didnt even tell me he was here on my property. I told him I was upset with him ONLY TAPING his mistake instead of fixing it correctly.I had sent the pictures to **** and the texts (included in pictures) I told him I would NOT be using **** again for the additional line and I wanted my 2 hours, $120.00 refunded. As you see in the pictures he said, I am not giving you a dollar back So, **** has refused to refund the $120 I was overcharged. I feel the community needs to know Mikes business practices and be forewarned of him by what he did to me, his customer.

    Hi, I wanted to report that Mikes labor service has paid me the $120 that was owed to me and that I had turned them in for. 
    I had called the *************** and was told that I had to put it in writing.
    Please let me know if theres anything else because this needs to be closed.
