    On 8/3/22 I slipped in a water puddle in the frozen food section of the store. There were no wet floor signs. I notified 3 employees and they were definitely unsure of what to do as they did not have me fill out an incident report. I sought medical attention right after leaving the store. I contacted the store manager the morning of 8/4/22 and provided all information of the incident. I briefly spoke with the owner on 8/6/22 and informed him I was going in for imaging due to injury to my right hip flexor and right hip. I have had imaging and have another follow up appointment later this month. I have had zero response for the stores insurance information to turn into my medical provider on this matter. I am a disabled woman who suffered an injury causing me to be down for 3 weeks to recover from the pulled muscles. Im frustrated due to not being able to report my accident due to their negligence to their insurance company. I have submitted multiple emails. The response I have received are well wishes but nothing pertaining to resolving the medical expenses.
