      I went in to buy a roof from treasure valley steel in *******,****** and gave them all my measurements to my roof. Gentlemen was to put it in the computer in 2 business days & give me a call on the price of everything needed. $1741.66 was the final ********* authorized payment. After installing the roof there were multiple things wrong with my order. Should have been 3 different sized pieces of metal. I got 6 different sizes. Missing two medium pieces but gave me 2 long pieces extra. Next, I received 7 small pieces when only 2 was needed. This is a rectangle building and the odd number 7 makes no sense. I called *********** won't issue a refund on 5 of the pieces that they overcharged me for.Myself and the gentlemen talked clearly about 15"s sticking out of the front of the rectangle building.He asked me if it sits lower than the roof and I said no and it's all part of the top of the roof. When I made a phone call to them today July 19 2022 they said they couldn't read hand writing and that it looks like 115"s. Some of my hand writing was written over from one of the lady's working there as well. My drawing of roof was only drawn on paper but it wouldn't have shown almost 10 feet. Also, 7 pcs would have made no sense. In fact this should have been a red flag to the gentlemen that this was wrong. Also, no phone call from them trying to figure this out as well. While talking on the phone to the lady about returning the 5 overcharged pieces she tried to tell me that I approved the order. That's wrong,2 business days later he had drawn up what I needed.When we talked on the phone I only approved the **** credit card money.She says that I was there with the guy to approve the order.Not true as it has to be put in the computer, which again took 2 business days for him to get to. I would like a return on 5 pieces of roofing metal that I did not need or want. I've ordered two other roofs from them in the last 3 years without problem. Mistakes happen & should make it right
