Purchased truck on 26th of April ***** had too many miles for new vehicle Lied to about trade in value, lied to about taxes I would pay if I did trade in instead of outright purchase No effort to lower interest rate or choose a financial institution that was not Toyota ********* Services Was told my trade in needed new tires and the tint lowered value however I took it in the previous day for an inspection at a Toyota dealership and the said the tired were still good, they listed highlander for ~****** and kept tint Told me I was basically *** on my Toyota ********* Services on the Highlander which I had paid for which is unsafe and I called later to speak to someone with a brain to cancel and get a prorated refund No transparency when signing paperwork, I did not want any add-ons or *** or maintenance plans however I somehow signed up for ***, *** maintenance plan and *** theft deterrent. I am sure it is because the guy said he would just tell me things and have me sign on the tablet because it is easier that way so I signed for things that were different than what he said. When trying to cancel *** and *** after I found them on my contract I came in to cancel the *** but they never sent in the cancellation forms I emailed a signature to hometown to cancel *** but they never sent the cancellation forms My *** was cancelled because I mailed and faxed cancellation forms which cost me money to do *** got cancelled because I repeatedly called and they gave me a form to fill out saying I had already contacted the dealership but they did not cancel it for me. The *** is supposed to normally be cancelled from the dealership not the consumer. Still waiting on second key fob. The theft deterrent is non refundable through *** but Hometown Toyota should refund me the money.I have more pictures if necessary.

In *****, when you trade in a vehicle, you only pay sales tax on the difference. There is a chip shortage from auto manufactures, as to  why you only received 1 key fob. You should be getting a post card in the mail from Toyota, as to when your 2nd key fob will be here. Your key fob should be coming any day now, we apologize for  Toyotas delay. *******, please feel free to contact ********************* directly at **************, regarding a refund on your theft protection.

    Thanks,
