    Both my wife and I were very happy with the service and quality of work we received from Buhner. They came in with a price quote substantially lower than the other two quotes we received but the cost savings didn't impact the quality of work. We even had special requests to organize their work with other contractors and they stayed flexible through the entire project. We are happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone that needs roof work.

    **** and his company did a great job on our roof. We had a very complex 1905 historic home with a ******* roof which most roofers didnt want to do. **** was great throughout the whole process and highly recommend him.

    The roofing installer was very polite, the owner on the other hand, left a sour taste in my mouth. I called to ask how to pay, for accurate pictures of the service I had done, and to ask that the installers are reminded that if they arent sure about the cost of service, not to default to it is free. The owner proceeded to call me hostile and accuse me of just wanting the service for free. I was reminded multiple times that the owner, ****, has been in service close to 25 years and has never had a bad review. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day, but the way he spoke to me was not only unprofessional, but outright terrible customer service. If you are in the market of being talked down too, unheard, and poorly communicated with, this is the company you want to work with!

    I bought a new home (~4 years ago) and suddenly there was a water leak from the flat roof. I contacted **** and then he agreed to fix it (roof only) for free (as they installed the original roof). So far I've had a good experience with ****, ***** and especially ***. Hope they will finish the job soon.
